a pain that i'm used to

I was born with an immune deficiency. Through the miracle of science, the doctors diagnosed it and have been able to put me on a replacement IG therapy, that has allowed me to be as healthy as can be. I am also able to do the treatment at home. It generates a significant amount of waste each time, so I tried to figure out a way to use some of this. That brought forth "a pain that i'm used to." It's a vintage rhinestone necklace, whose centerpiece is an antique glass syringe, and is surrounded by a whole lot of plastic emergency clamps. It's a conversation starter, about more than one subject.
